At the nozzle, this high pressure ensures the grout is evenly sprayed onto the structural surface, guaranteeing complete filling of any voids and significantly enhancing the structure's density and compactness.
The control system plays a crucial role in monitoring and ensuring stable operation. Typically, a control system consists of a control panel, sensors, and the corresponding controller, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment status and key parameters—and allowing adjustments as needed.
The delivery system serves as the connecting pathway between the grouting equipment and the injection points, typically using flexible hoses to ensure smooth transport of the slurry directly to the surfaces of structures requiring reinforcement.
