2. Immediately after the prestressing tendons are tensioned, seal the anchorage devices with epoxy adhesive or another suitable material to prevent pressure loss during grouting and post-grouting operations. 3. Valves should be used to prevent slurry from flowing through the inlet and outlet, and corks must not be used to block the slurry or bend the inlet and outlet pipes.
4. Before grouting, sufficient slurry must be prepared. The storage capacity of the low-speed slurry tank should match the volume of the prestressed ducts to be filled, ensuring continuous grouting.
5. During the grouting process and within 48 hours after grouting, the temperature of the structural concrete must not fall below 5°C; otherwise, thermal insulation measures should be implemented. When the temperature exceeds 35°C, grouting should be carried out at night instead.
